Can I lend my home without renting it out?
Yes. Lending between close ones involves no rent, no commercial listing, no deposit. Only fixed costs — electricity, heating, water — are noted and split between whoever stays. No night is ever charged.
How is this different from a classic home exchange?
A traditional exchange assumes reciprocity: I go to yours, you come to mine, on the same or similar dates. A Klub doesn't require that. You can host without ever leaving, or travel without owning a home at all.
Who can see my house?
You choose. A Kaza can appear in search or stay visible only to your own Klubs. Being findable never means being bookable: every access request goes through you, and you can withdraw it afterwards.
How do you organize a family home shared across several households?
With a shared calendar where everyone sees the dates already taken and books their own. The blocker is rarely legal — it's that no one wants to be the one asking permission, so everyone ends up giving up instead.
Do I need to own a home to join a Klub?
No. A Klub brings people together, not just homes. Members with no home to share take part too, invited by those who have one.
