4. Purpose of the site and platform

KazaKlub develops and operates a digital platform designed to structure the sharing, lending, organization, and access to homes or real estate within private circles and trusted communities called "Klubs".

The platform notably allows users to create or join Klubs, present homes or spaces called "Kazas", invite members, centralize certain information, organize availability, exchange with members, and facilitate the coordination of stays in a private setting.

KazaKlub acts as a provider of a digital solution for organization, community matchmaking, and access management between users. Unless expressly stated otherwise, KazaKlub is neither a real estate agency, property manager, hotel operator, travel agency, insurer, nor a guarantor of the availability, compliance, safety, or actual use of the properties presented by users.

Use of the platform remains subject to the Terms of Use available on the site.

5. Role of KazaKlub and absence of guarantee regarding properties, stays, or relationships between users

Information relating to Kazas, Klubs, availability, stay rules, access conditions, descriptions, photographs, amenities, addresses, specific constraints, or hosting arrangements is provided by users themselves, under their sole responsibility.

KazaKlub does not guarantee, except for a specific commitment expressly made in writing:

• the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information published by users;
• the actual availability of a Kaza;
• the suitability of a Kaza for a particular use;
• the conformity of a property with a user's expectations;
• the quality of the welcome, stay, or experience between members;
• the absence of disputes between users;
• the solvency, behavior, or good faith of a user;
• the existence or maintenance of bonds of trust between members of the same Klub.

Each user remains responsible for their exchanges, decisions, the information they communicate, the authorizations they grant, the management of their property, compliance with applicable regulations, and agreements made with other members.

KazaKlub invites users to exercise caution, diligence, and discernment before any lending or use of a home.

6. User responsibility

Each user agrees to use the site and the platform in a fair, lawful, responsible manner and in accordance with the Terms of Use.

The user is solely responsible for:

• the information they provide on their profile;
• the descriptions, photographs, and content relating to Kazas;
• invitations sent to other members;
• rules defined within a Klub;
• exchanges carried out with other users;
• consequences related to the lending, occupation, or use of a property;
• compliance with civil, tax, insurance, administrative, co-ownership, urban planning, housing, or neighborhood rules applicable to their situation.

The user indemnifies KazaKlub against any claim, dispute, damage, loss, liability, cost, or action resulting from their content, their behavior, their statements, their use of the platform, or a breach of their legal or contractual obligations.

7. No legal, tax, real estate, or insurance advice

The content published on the site is general, informative, and functional in nature.

It does not constitute legal, tax, real estate, wealth management, insurance, financial, or regulatory advice. It cannot replace a personalized analysis carried out by a qualified professional.

Each user is invited to verify their personal situation, in particular regarding home insurance, civil liability, taxation, co-ownership, owner authorization, local regulations, urban planning rules, or any other applicable obligation before lending a property or requesting its use.

8. Access to the site and service availability

KazaKlub strives to ensure access to the site and platform under the best reasonable conditions.

However, access to the site or certain features may be suspended, limited, or interrupted at any time, in particular for reasons of maintenance, security, updates, improvement, technical correction, overload, breakdown, third-party intervention, hosting incident, or force majeure.

The user guarantees that they hold the necessary rights or have the required authorizations to publish this content.

The user shall not publish content that is:

• unlawful, defamatory, insulting, discriminatory, violent, hateful, or contrary to public order;
• infringing on the privacy, image, honor, or reputation of a third party;
• infringing on the intellectual property rights of a third party;
• misleading, false, or manifestly inaccurate;
• containing personal data of third parties without authorization;
• containing viruses, malicious scripts, or elements likely to harm the operation of the site;
• intended to circumvent the platform's rules.

KazaKlub reserves the right, under the conditions set out in its Terms of Use, to remove, suspend, hide, or moderate any content that is manifestly unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, contrary to this legal notice, the Terms of Use, or the legitimate interests of the platform and its users.

11. Reporting unlawful content or behavior

Any user or third party may report to KazaKlub any content, behavior, fraudulent use, infringement of rights, or situation likely to be unlawful or contrary to the platform's rules.
